Jodie Saunderson

Jodie Saunderson has over 30 years of experience in human resources and compliance. Jodie currently serves as the Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer at Orange County Rescue Mission since 2019. Prior to that, they were the Owner and HR Consultant at OCHR, LLC from 2011 to present where they provided a range of HR services including staffing, training, labor relations, and employee development. From 1996 to 2010, they worked as the HR Director at Biolase, where they established the company's first HR department and expanded its presence globally. Jodie began their career as a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist at Capistrano by the Sea Hospital from 1989 to 1995, where they developed and implemented performance metrics for payroll personnel.

Jodie Saunderson attended UC Irvine from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Human Resources Management. Prior to that, they graduated from Saddleback College with a degree in General Study.
