Christina Moore-Perez

Christina M. has over a decade of experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Financial Planning & Analysis Section Manager II at the Orange County Transportation Authority since February 2015. In this role, Christina M. supervises the development of the agency's 20-Year Comprehensive Business Plan and provides critical analysis to inform future project plans, including support for the OC Streetcar and Measure M2. Prior to this position, Christina M. worked as a Sr. Transportation Funding Analyst, conducting thorough reviews of local agency projects. Earlier career experience includes roles at HSBC from March 2003 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing an affidavits database and coordinating with vendors to mitigate risk. Christina M. holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's Degree (Cum Laude) in Accounting from the University of La Verne, along with an Associate of Science in Accounting from Mount San Antonio.
