Jitu Yadav is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Orange Holding since July 2021, Jitu has previously held significant roles such as Operations Manager at Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai from August 2016 to June 2021 and Head of F&B at Qbara Restaurant, Lounge & Bar from June 2013 to June 2014. Earlier positions include F&B Supervisor at The Mango Tree, Vermilion Restaurant & Cafe Co., and F&B Associate at Marriott International. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism from Dr. D.Y.
