Khoa Nguyen (Kevin), SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Khoa started their career as a Human Resources Intern at The Borgen Project and GAOTek Inc. in 2017. Later, they worked as an Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group, where they focused on executive level recruitment across South East Asia. In 2021, Khoa joined startup oi as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they supported the Asia tech market and utilized cutting-edge technology solutions for hiring. Khoa also served as the Global TA Manager at startup oi for a period of one year. Currently, Khoa is working at Orange Logic as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, a position they assumed in 2023.

Khoa Nguyen (Kevin), SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Louisiana State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Khoa then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from LSU Shreveport, completing it in 2020.
