Junior Bay

Junior Bay currently serves as the Directeur BD-ANTIC at APCSC RDC, focusing on IT master planning and digitalization initiatives. With extensive experience at Orange RDC since March 2016, Junior has held multiple roles, including Head of Innovation & Transformation Projects, where responsibilities involved enhancing customer experience through innovative solutions. Prior positions encompassed oversight of IT services, project management for billing systems, and improvements in operational efficiency across various functions. Junior's earlier experience includes service contract management and customer service engineering at Whale Cloud. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Unicaf University and a Bachelor of Computer Application from Kristu Jayanti College.
