Jacob Wallace has had a varied work experience. In 2020, they were a Recruitment Manager at Orange Tree Staffing, LLC, where they delivered clients exceptional services by facilitating marketing initiatives on time and adhering to needs, conducted background checks and drug screenings, and facilitated daily interviews with potential candidates. Jacob also held the role of Recruitment Specialist at the same company. In 2018, they were a Supervisor at Moe's Southwest Grill, where they oversaw all operations to ensure equipment functionality complies with company policies and procedures, increased operational efficiency by implementing process improvements, and leveraged cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
