Robert Staniszewski

Robert Staniszewski is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong focus on fiber investments and broadband access networks. Currently serving as the Director of Fiber Investments Implementation at Orange Polska since March 2009, Robert manages the deployment of Fiber to the Home (FTTH) for both B2C and B2B markets, overseeing network planning, contractor management, and strategic execution to enhance organizational performance. Previous roles include leading the Technology Innovation Team and serving as an expert in strategic projects and R&D at Orange, where Robert specialized in next-generation DSL access techniques and project execution for the France Telecom Group. Robert has also held the position of Director of Network and Infrastructure Construction at TP TELTECH, where responsibilities included managing a significant FTTH implementation budget. Academic credentials include a Master of Science Engineer degree from The University of Technology, Wroclaw, and studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
