Juanita Ramirez

Juanita Ramirez has a wealth of experience in UX/UI design and graphic design. Juanita began their career in 2011 as a Graphic Design Assistant at Proyecto 50 at Universidad EAFIT. In 2012, they moved to Pokarna Limited as a Graphic Designer, where they designed brochures, catalogs, magazine advertisements, and booth stands for international stone fairs. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Globant as a Visual Designer and Design Team Lead, responsible for understanding the client's requirements and creating the best possible designs for the product's new sections/features/services. In 2021, they worked as a UX Specialist at Overactive, learning a lot about bad practices in the IT industry. Currently, they are a Senior UX/UI Designer at OrangeLoops, working simultaneously in 4 external and internal projects.

Juanita Ramirez graduated from Universidad EAFIT in 2013 with a degree in Industrial and Product Design, earning their Product Design Engineer qualification. In 2020, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 77/100 (C2 Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET). Additionally, in 2013, they were certified as an Adobe Certified Associate - Visual Communication using Adobe Photoshop CS6 by Adobe.
