Christina Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations and roles. Christina began their career at the YMCA as a Program Lead, where they planned and directed a comprehensive sports program. Later, they joined the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Ana, serving as a Unit Director and Executive Assistant. In these positions, they managed program implementation, supervised staff, and handled administrative duties. Christina then moved on to WHW, where they worked as a Program Manager, responsible for coordinating annual fundraising events and managing the daily operations of the Apparel Program Department. After that, they joined Developments in Literacy USA as a Marketing and Development Manager, overseeing multiple volunteer-based chapters across the United States and successfully raising funds for important projects. Their most recent positions include working as a Development Operations Manager at Discovery Cube, Southern California, and currently, as an Associate Director of Development Operations at Orangewood Foundation. Throughout their career, Christina has demonstrated strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving results.
Christina Lopez obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In January 2022, they completed the Veritus Group Academy Certification Course in Mid-Level Fundraising from Veritus Group.
