Nikki Dutra has over 18 years of professional experience in various marketing and communications roles. Nikki is currently the Director of Marketing and Communications at Orangewood Foundation. Prior to this, Nikki worked for Girl Scouts of Orange County for 10 years as the Director of Membership, where they were responsible for acquisition and retention strategies, collaborating with the executive team to create annual strategic plans, and driving lead generation across multiple channels. Before that, Nikki worked at BowTie Inc. for 8 years, first as a List Manager, where they were responsible for in-house list sales and operations, and later as a Consumer Marketing Manager, overseeing new business and retention marketing for six consumer magazines. Nikki developed and executed strategies to meet circulation objectives and prepared budgets and financial statements. Additionally, they collaborated with the IT department to improve website functionality for clients.
Nikki Dutra pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from 1994 to 1999 at California State University, Fullerton.
