Thierry Combaudon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thierry worked at Orano as the Marketing Strategic VP, where they managed strategic marketing, conducted market research, and formed partnerships. Prior to that, they held various positions at Areva, including Senior Business Developer, Director of Marketing and Product Line SMR, and Manager of Customer Focus & Satisfaction. During their time at Areva, they worked on business planning, repositioning the company's offerings, and launching new product lines. Before joining Areva, Thierry worked at Valeo as the Responsible for Marketing and Competitive Benchmarking, where they conducted market research and innovation studies. Thierry began their career at Pall Corporation as an Engineer in Commercial Sales and Technological Monitoring, focusing on business development and innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.

Thierry Combaudon completed their education with a Master's degree in Biochemistry and Immunology from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 1983 to 1986. Thierry also pursued a 3rd cycle program in International Agro-Alimentary Management at ESSEC / ENSIA from 1987 to 1988. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Change Management from ESSEC Business School in 2018 and completed the "Lewis & Clark Program" at Harvard University in 2007.
