Brian Gaida

Brian Gaida is a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at OraSure Technologies since June 2013, specializing in strategic sourcing and procurement to enhance supply chain efficiency and achieve cost savings. Prior to this role, Brian served as the Global Manager of External Operations at Johnson & Johnson, where management of a $60M+ annual budget led to significant improvements in cost and quality, yielding over $10M in savings. From September 2001 to November 2007, Brian worked as a Computer Engineer at Picatinny Arsenal, implementing Six Sigma methodologies that resulted in substantial improvements in product quality and operational efficiency. Brian earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
