Steve Babinchak

Steve Babinchak has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Steve currently holds the position of Director, Supply Chain Planning & Customizations at OraSure Technologies, where they lead a team to facilitate production and efficient product launches. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Procurement at Alvogen, where they were responsible for strategic sourcing activities and contract negotiations. Steve also served as the Global Director of Supply Chain, Sample Handling and Supplies at Cerba Research, leading the global supply chain and managing a multi-site team. Steve has worked in various other roles in supply chain and procurement at companies such as Reeb Millwork, Piramal Critical Care, Piramal Enterprises Limited, OraSure Technologies, Optium Corporation, Draeger Medical, and Agere Systems. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving process optimization and achieving cost savings.

Steve Babinchak completed their education at Penn State University. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management with a minor in Logistics from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued an MBA degree at the same university from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Supply Chain Leadership Certificate from the Penn State Smeal College of Business Executive Programs in 2015 and 2016.
