Jimena Ruiz Castro

Jimena Ruiz Castro holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University. Currently serving as Researcher II at ORB International since January 2023, Jimena specializes in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods projects that address governance and public health issues for hard-to-reach populations. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Intern at The Brookings Institution, where Jimena supported the Hutchins Center on Fiscal and Monetary Policy. Additional experience encompasses various roles at Florida State University, including Administrative Intern for the Global Citizenship Certificate, Customer Service Representative, and Group Fitness Instructor, as well as summer internship positions at Imagina Children's Foundation and a camp counselor position at Saint Andrew's School.
