Wojciech T.

Wojciech T. has been working in the engineering industry since 2010. Wojciech started their career as a Door Builder at International Automotive Components in 2010. In 2011, they moved to GIPO Sp. z o.o. as a CNC Programmer, where they were responsible for CNC programming (Heidenhain, Fanuc), operation milling machines, lathes, grinders and other hand-held devices, development of milling technology, and quality control of completed parts. In 2013, they joined Mikroma Group as a Technologist and CNC Programmer, where they were responsible for creating mechanical processing technology, machining times, costs and fixtures, and CNC milling programming (MasterCam system). In 2015, they moved to PLASTWIL Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. J. as a Technologist and CNC Programmer, where they were responsible for CNC programming (NX CAM system), designing, construction, modification and repair of injection moulds, thermal treatment and bending metal, operator training and assessment of their competence, and technological supporting for the Production Department, Tool Shop and Tool Makers section. In 2016, they joined Welltec as a Manager, Component Production, Production Coordinator and CNC Programmer, where they were responsible for programming, controlling and operation of CNC machines, review existing machine practices for product ability and cost effectiveness, developing new and improving existing machining programs, controlling, designing and managing tooling, fixtures and time standard requirements, creating technological processes according to customer specifications, and creating and implementing new CNC programs. In 2020, they moved to NFI A/S - Nordisk Finmekanik Industri as a CNC Programmer. Currently, they are working at Orbex as a CNC Operation and Application Engineer.

Wojciech T. has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Koszalińska, which they obtained between 2003 and 2010. Wojciech also has a number of certifications, including Advanced Management Programme from Niels Brock (2020), DI's Leadership Training Programme from DI - Dansk Industri (2019), Basic Management Program from Niels Brock (2018), Metal Cutting Technology from Sandvik Coromant (2014), and Mastercam X7 from Zalco sp. z o.o. (2013).
