Alana Soares

Alana Soares has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Alana currently works at Orbia as a Product Owner, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Alana worked at Nubank as a Senior Business Development Analyst from December 2021 to March 2023. Alana also held the role of Senior Partnership Analyst at Via from August 2021 to December 2021. Before that, Alana was a Senior Business Development Analyst at Pontte from February 2021 to August 2021. Alana gained financial sales experience at Creditas, where they worked as a Financial Sales Consultant Home Equity E2E from August 2020 to February 2021, and as a Junior Financial Sales Consultant Home Equity E2E from August 2019 to August 2020. Alana began their career as a Partnership Analyst at Takí Pay from May 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Analyst at Granito Pagamentos from January 2015 to December 2017, and as a Technical Support Analyst at Cappta from February 2014 to December 2014.

Alana Soares has a diverse education history. Alana began their academic journey in 2010 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Barueri, where they earned a Technical degree in Business Administration. Alana then pursued further education and graduated from Centro Universitário Senac in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Processos Gerenciais (Management Processes). Following their undergraduate studies, Alana Soares enrolled at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0.

In addition to their formal education, Alana Soares has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Alana received a certification in "Fui Lá e Fiz" from Perestroika in November 2021 and completed a course on "Negociação e Influência" at Escola Conquer in October 2021. Alana has further certifications in "Certificado PLD/CFT" from Creditas, "Ferramentas Lean" from Sebrae, "Princípios básicos do marketing digital" from Google, and "KGB Criatividade e geração de ideias" from Perestroika, all obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Excel Intermediate certification from Impacta Tecnologia in November 2017 and a "Certificação CA-300" from Abecip - Assoc. Bras Das Ent. De Créd. Imob. E Pou in November 2019.
