Robin Grady

Robin Grady has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting as an HR Manager at Arichell Technologies in 1997. Robin then moved on to Deluxe Corporation in 2003, CA Technologies in 2009, and Bose Corporation in 2018, where they served as a Global HR Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of People Director at Orbia since November 2021.

Robin Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Wheaton College Massachusetts (1996) and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University (2004). Robin completed a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University in 2022. Additionally, Robin is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching, specializing in Corporate, Career & Leadership Coaching, and holds additional certifications including CCP (Certified Change Practitioner) from Prosci and ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) from iPEC Coaching.
