Ieva Visockytė

Ieva Visockytė has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ieva is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Orbio World, where they are responsible for creating and implementing a talent acquisition strategy, managing the onboarding process, collaborating with the IT team on creating a new career page, and assisting with various HR processes. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at Hostinger International, where they led a team and managed recruitment processes for various departments. Ieva also worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Partner at Hostinger International. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter/HR Operations at KAUNAS AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SERVICES, where they managed personnel files, handled onboarding administration, coordinated the recruitment process, and maintained databases and internal systems. Ieva has also worked as a Recruiter and Recruitment Assistant at UAB "Įdarbinimo tarpininkavimo centras", where they were responsible for various recruitment activities and maintaining client relationships.

Ieva Visockytė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University. Ieva pursued their studies at the university from 2015 to 2020.
