Jesus Wong

Jesus Wong, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jesus started their career at KPMG, where they worked as a Senior Accountant/Auditor and later as a Manager, focusing on US and Cross-Border Taxation Services. During their time at KPMG, they led and managed multiple engagement teams and provided assurance services in various sectors.

In 2014, Jesus joined Orbis Investments as the Head of Client Services, North America - Investment Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing Orbis' Client Services team in Canada and worked collaboratively with other professionals to execute key business initiatives. Prior to this role, they served as an Investment Operations Associate, handling fund accounting and US tax obligations.

Jesus also has experience in the arts sector, serving as a Board Member at the Firehall Arts Centre, a Vancouver-based organization that produces and presents theater, dance, and interdisciplinary works.

Before their professional career, Jesus co-founded and served as the Creative Director of Sans Vanite Clothing Corp, a design studio focusing on luxury casual men's wear.

Jesus Wong, CPA, CA obtained their Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting (Honours) degree from The University of British Columbia in 2008. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) to obtain their Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. In 2012, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Hampshire, Board of Accountancy, after completing their studies at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
