Andrea Hippler

Andrea Hippler has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Andrea started their career in 2006 at Enterprise Holdings, where they served as a Group Risk Manager and was responsible for overseeing insurance claim activities and ensuring the safety of employees and customers. At Navient, from 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Collection Specialist, focusing on rehabilitating accounts and negotiating payment arrangements. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Carrington Mortgage Services in various roles, including Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Team Lead. In these positions, they oversaw quality control audits, ensured compliance with regulations, and achieved profitable results through effective business solutions. Currently, Andrea is working at Orbis Education as an Operations Training Manager, responsible for onboarding new hires and coordinating training and professional development activities for the staff.
