Mamadou Oury P. Diallo

Mamadou Oury P. Diallo has had an extensive career in finance and program management. Mamadou Oury P. began their career in 1992 as a Finance Manager/Training Manager at Chemonics International, where they oversaw financial and administrative processes for a USAID project. Mamadou Oury P. then worked as an Administration and Finance Manager at the American Refugee Committee (ALIGHT) in Guinea, managing the startup of the country program and budgeting and financial reporting. Diallo also served as a Budget Analyst at the U.S Embassy in Guinea, where they managed budget planning and analysis.

In 2000, Diallo joined Winrock International as an Administrative and Finance Director, overseeing financial and administrative processes for a USAID national project. Mamadou Oury P. later joined ALIGHT as an Administrative and Finance Director, where they opened a country office in Sudan, led the registration process, and represented the organization in meetings with government representatives and donors.

Diallo's next role was with IntraHealth International as a Senior Manager - Field Accounting & Training. Mamadou Oury P. directed the preparation of donor proposals and budgets, ensured compliance with donor regulations, and developed accounting tools and templates.

At Ipas, Diallo served as an International Finance Manager, managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis for an average annual budget of $60 million. Mamadou Oury P. also provided technical support and capacity building for finance staff in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

As Director of Program Finance at Orbis International, Diallo managed financial planning and analysis for an average annual budget of $52 million. Mamadou Oury P. developed finance and procurement policies, ensured regulatory compliance with donors' regulations, and led timely and accurate donor reporting.

Throughout their career, Diallo has demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as expertise in financial management and compliance with donor regulations.

Mamadou Oury P. Diallo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an accounting concentration from the University of Phoenix. Mamadou Oury P. also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of the People.
