Hope Ross has over 25 years of experience in project management and business operations. In 2021, they began working as a Strategic Project Manager at Orbit Media Studios. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as an Associate Director of Business Operations at The Marketing Store, North America, where they managed PM teams and business operations for Adult Promotions, Activations and Loyalty Programs for global clients. From 2013 to 2016, Hope Ross was a Certified Professional Coach at Hope Ross Coaching and The Cancer Coach, where they provided executive, business and life coaching services to clients nationally, as well as cancer survivorship coaching. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Consultant and Project Management Expert for Independent. From 2007 to 2013, they were a Senior Account Director at iCrossing, where they were responsible for the growth, management, retention and satisfaction of a portfolio of key global agency accounts. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Account Manager at Acquity Group, where they identified, won, managed and grew client accounts for an interactive technology consultancy. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Director of Interactive at JWT Specialized Communications, where they created and managed teams of interactive delivery personnel in the development and execution of interactive strategies. From 2002 to 2003, they were an Independent Consultant, providing project management, business development, methodology development and training for clients as an independent contractor. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Manager of Program Management at Sapient, where they managed teams of 15-20 consultants in the delivery of $1-5 million projects to clients across a variety of industries. Finally, from 1996 to 2000, they were a Consultant for Independent, where they managed PeopleSoft integration for a variety of clients.

Hope Ross attended IPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained their CPC, Certified Professional Coach. Hope also attended Brandeis University, where they obtained their B.A. in English and American Literature.
