Will Smith

Will Smith is a dedicated scientist currently serving as Scientist II in Process Development at 4basebio, starting in January 2024. Previously, Will held the position of Process Development Apprentice at Novartis from January 2023 to January 2024, contributing to the integration of Gyroscope Therapeutics into Novartis. Prior to that, Will gained experience as a Laboratory Technician Apprentice at Gyroscope Therapeutics from September 2020 to May 2023, and worked as a Customer Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from October 2017 to August 2020. Will's educational background includes a Foundation Degree in Applied Bioscience (Advanced Therapies) from the University of Kent, completed in 2023, and A Levels in Business, Biology, and Geography from Hitchin Boys School, obtained from 2017 to 2019.
