Jason Halbert

Jason Halbert, PsyD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral science, leadership development, and talent acquisition. As the Founder and Behavioral Science Consultant at 3Back.io since May 2020, Jason has focused on leveraging psychological principles to enhance organizational performance. In addition, Jason serves as Partner and Head of Talent at Era, a technology-focused investment firm, and holds a board position at Orbital Kitchens. Previously, Jason was the CEO and Co-Founder of Apollo Health Products, leading a telehealth company until its exit in August 2022. Jason’s notable experience at Snap Inc. includes serving as Vice President overseeing global recruiting and human resources, along with previous roles in legal consulting and military service as an Operational Psychologist for the United States Army. Jason's academic background includes multiple degrees in psychology, culminating in a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Argosy University.
