Conrad Swift

Conrad Swift has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2022, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Orbital Witness. Prior to that, they were the first employee at Boomin, where they used their expertise in recruitment and people and performance management to help the company grow from first principles. Boomin now employs over 180 people. From 2017 to 2019, Swift worked as a Business Consultant at Exceed Outsourcing, consulting on employment law, IR35 legislation, payroll services, and candidate management. Conrad also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Liquid Personnel from 2017 to 2019. Theircareer began in 2014 at The Interactive Team, where they started as an entry-level trainee sales consultant and quickly advanced to a Senior Campaign Manager.
