Eric Showalter

Eric Showalter, SHRM-CP, has a solid background in human resources spanning across multiple industries. Eric has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and training. Eric has held various roles such as Director of Human Resources, Director of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, HR Generalist, and Manager of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have successfully managed recruitment processes, resolved employee relation issues, designed and delivered training programs, and coordinated visa programs for international employees. Eric has also been responsible for managing benefits, overseeing terminations, and optimizing store operations. With a strong track record in HR, they are a skilled professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices.

Eric Showalter, SHRM-CP, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, from Brigham Young University between 2007 and 2009. Eric also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration which they attained from Ensign College from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has achieved professional certifications to further their expertise. In 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Subsequently, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
