In 2013, they co-founded Engie, a car repair marketplace that revolutionized the automotive repair and maintenance industry through a smartphone app. Yarden served as the CEO and Director until 2019, overseeing the development of features such as malfunction diagnostics and real-time quotes from mechanics. Additionally, they introduced services for tracking daily parameters, empowering drivers to make informed decisions when choosing a repair shop. In 2018, Yarden Gross co-founded Orca AI, which utilizes advanced technology, including data and AI, to enhance the safety and efficiency of ship operations. As the CEO, they focus on reducing collisions and saving lives by providing a powerful awareness system and autonomous capabilities.
Yarden Gross completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business from The Interdisciplinary Center from 2010 to 2013. Later, in 2013-2014 Yarden pursued further education in entrepreneurship by participating in the Zell - entrepreneurship program at The Interdisciplinary Center, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
