Carla Wilby

Carla Wilby is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Orca Fraud since January 2024, Carla previously held positions as a Software Engineer at Stitch, Product Owner and Lead Developer at Reflective Learning, and Co-founder and CTO at Zomila. Early career experiences include roles as a Software Development Engineering Intern at Amazon Web Services and Praekelt.org, as well as tutoring computer science at the University of Cape Town. Carla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cape Town and has demonstrated a commitment to innovative projects, including serving as Project Manager for a wind turbine initiative with Engineers Without Borders UCT.
