Rebecca Filsinger

Rebecca Filsinger is an experienced music educator with a focus on early childhood and elementary education. Since August 2017, Rebecca has been teaching General Music to grades Pre-K-5 at Orchard Park Central School District, while also conducting the 4th and 5th grade chorus and directing the 5th grade musical. Prior experience includes serving as Education Coordinator for Buffalo Jazz Collective from January 2017 to December 2021, where Rebecca coordinated community outreach initiatives and educational projects. Rebecca also taught music at West Seneca Central School District from August 2014 to June 2017 and was an After-School Coordinator at Baker Victory Services from July 2011 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Music Education from Buffalo State University.
