Rachel Burkhart

Rachel Burkhart, MS, is a seasoned Behavior Analyst currently employed at Orchard Village since June 2021. Previously, Rachel served as an Assistant Supervisor at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC from January to June 2021, and as a Registered Behavior Technician at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. from August 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included providing in-home therapy and data collection for individuals on the autism spectrum. Prior experience also includes working as a Personal Support Worker at Access, a Head Instructor at Western DuPage Special Recreation Association, internships at Aurora University and Southbury Elementary School, and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Disability Studies from Aurora University in 2017.
