Steven Lichterman

Steven Lichterman has a diverse background in management and safety operations, currently serving as a Job Coach at Orchard Village since August 2021. Prior to this role, Steven experienced a short period of unemployment after working as a General Manager for Jiffy Lube International from March to August 2020. Steven's expertise in recruitment was highlighted during a tenure as Shared Service Supervisor at National Data Research Inc, where management created the role to accommodate an accelerated learning pace and increased responsibilities.
