Alejandra Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alejandra started their career as a Transportation Planning Intern at Transportation Management & Design, Inc., where they conducted data and spatial analytics, drafted stakeholder outreach reports, and provided data-backed strategic resolutions for various projects across California.

After their internship, Alejandra joined Dependable Highway Express Inc. as an Operations and Logistics Coordinator, where they managed all customer requests and logistics for export products. Alejandra also founded an internal report called "Delay Time Calculation" that utilized real-time GPS tracking information to calculate driver time spent at ports, resulting in increased revenue and accurate billing.

Next, Alejandra worked at Leadership for Urban Renewal Network (LURN) as an Operations and Finance Associate. Alejandra crafted an outreach plan and created new metrics to predict store performance for LURN's produce distribution program, leading to a 25% increase in high-performing stores enrolled in the network. As the Logistics and Operations Manager for COMPRA Foods, they analyzed programmatic data and monitored staff time allocation, customer satisfaction, and sales and store retention rates.

In 2016, they enrolled at UCLA Anderson School of Management for a certificate program and became a Riordan MBA Fellow, which they completed in 2017. In 2017, Alejandra also completed a certificate program as a Forte MBA Fellow at Forte Foundation.
