Jacob Talley

Jacob Talley, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and security. Jacob currently works as the Director of Human Resources at OrchestrateHR since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jacob held various positions at AHI Facility Services, Inc., including Portfolio Manager from July 2021 to April 2022, Human Resources Manager from August 2020 to July 2021, and Portfolio Manager from October 2015 to August 2020.

Jacob also served as an Operations Manager at SYSTEMSgroup Protective Services from April 2008 to September 2010 and as a Corporate Security/Facility Associate at Tolleson Wealth Management from January 2008 to April 2008.

Jacob's early career includes roles such as Operations Manager at SGI Protective Services from October 2006 to January 2008 and Account Manager at iidon Security Associates from May 2003 to September 2006. At iidon Security Associates, they were responsible for providing asset protection and security services to high-rise office buildings and corporate campuses in Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston, Texas.

Jacob Talley, SHRM-CP, attended Northwestern State University from 1995 to 1998, where they pursued a field of study in Music Education. Prior to their university education, they also attended Lufkin High School from 1992 to 1995. In 2021, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
