Marija Bogdanovic

Marija Bogdanovic has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Marija started their career as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at SYKES in October 2016 and worked there until September 2017.

In September 2017, Marija joined Global Excel Management Inc. as a Case Coordinator for Corporate Client Services, where they handled incoming healthcare claims from international insurance companies and brokers. Marija excelled in this role, achieving strong KPI and SLA attainment. Marija worked at Global Excel Management Inc. until July 2018.

Following that, Marija joined SherWeb as a Technical Advisor for O365, both in a reactive and proactive capacity. Marija started in September 2018 and stayed until April 2019.

In 2019, Marija began their journey at Microsoft, starting as a Customer Success Trainer in March and transitioning to a Product Advisor role in August. Marija worked in both roles until December 2020. During their time at Microsoft, Marija also held the position of SMB Sales Specialist from July to December 2020.

After Microsoft, Marija joined Insight as a Microsoft Software Licensing Consultant in January 2021 and worked there until November 2021.

From November 2021 to May 2023, Marija worked at Softchoice as a Microsoft Modern Workplace Specialist.

Most recently, Marija joined Orchestry in June 2023 as a Product Support Specialist.

Marija Bogdanovic attended Champlain College Saint-Lambert from 2016 to 2022, where they studied Criminology. While pursuing their education, Marija also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they received a Standard First Aid & CPR certification from the Canadian Red Cross. Subsequently, they obtained the following certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2021, Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts from LinkedIn in January 2021, Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator from LinkedIn in July 2020, Accessibility in Action from Microsoft in March 2020, and GLR Licensing Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2021.
