Chris Bardusch

Chris Bardusch is the current Chief Technology Officer at Orchid Insurance. Chris has held this position since December of 2018 and is responsible for the company's IT strategy and implementation. This includes overseeing enterprise architecture, applications, infrastructure, program management, business relationship management, and governance. Prior to their current role, Chris served as the Chief Technology Officer for Japanese Interests Abroad at Sompo International from April 2014 to December 2018. In this role, they were part of the American leadership team and managed information technology for the company. This included outsourced relationships, vendor management, applications development, business intelligence, systems/business analysis, quality assurance, infrastructure management, and roadmap planning. Before Sompo International, Chris was the Chief Architect for the Financial Services Group at Computer Sciences Corporation from September 2010 to July 2013. In this role, they were responsible for enterprise architecture and technology strategy across the company's financial services businesses. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Technology at MFX Holdings from June 2001 to September 2010. In this role, they were responsible for enterprise architecture, application development, business intelligence, and infrastructure management. Chris has over 20 years of experience in IT strategy and implementation and is a respected leader in the industry.

Chris Bardusch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.

Chris Bardusch reports to Brad Emmons, CEO & President. They are on a team with Michael Garamoni - CFO, Ross Bowie - Head of Personal Lines, and Jehane Myers - VP, Human Resources.
