Katherine Delgado

Katherine Delgado, MBA, currently serves as the Director at LAAIA Broward since June 2023 and as the Agency Development Manager at Orchid Insurance since April 2022, overseeing the Southeast Florida Region to drive sales results and achieve profitable growth. Previously, Katherine held multiple roles at People's Trust Insurance Company from May 2016 to April 2022, including Agency Development Manager and Senior Agency Underwriter, where responsibility included overall agency account development and risk assessment. Additionally, Katherine managed agency operations at JVS Insurance Agency from August 2005 to May 2016, focusing on underwriting guidelines and organizational restructuring. Katherine holds an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College.
