Debbie Arnott began their career at DePuy International - Johnson and Johnson in 1986, progressing to roles in R&D and Engineering specializing in special processes for medical devices. In 2010, Debbie joined Orchid Orthopedic Solutions as a Technical Manager, overseeing a diverse set of functions within the manufacturing facility. With a Master of Science in Manufacturing, Management, and Technology, along with extensive experience in engineering, Debbie is known for their expertise in product development and process improvement.
