Jessica Carty-Whittaker

Jessica Carty-Whittaker currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, a role held since June 2021. Previously, Jessica was a Human Resources Manager at SC Johnson, managing HR functions for five home storage plants producing Ziploc® from April 2010 to June 2021, with a focus on areas such as employee relations, performance management, and wellness programs. Prior HR experiences include roles at Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance, where Jessica was instrumental in launching two engine plants, Intier Automotive as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Eaton Corporation as a Human Resources Co-op. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Labor & Industrial Relations and Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, both from Michigan State University.
