Jessica Stout

Jessica Stout has a diverse work experience in talent management and HR. Jessica started their career at Break It as a Hip Hop Instructor in 2011. Jessica then moved on to Colorado State University, where they held various roles, including Research Assistant and Group Fitness Instructor. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Talent & Organizational Development Specialist. Jessica then joined NSF International as a Senior Global Talent Management Specialist and later as a Senior Global Talent Management Partner. In 2018, Jessica transitioned to Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where they held roles as Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually Director of Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, focusing on various HR functions and strategies.

Jessica Stout graduated from Longmont High School in 2009 with a High School Diploma. Jessica then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology, along with a Business minor, from Colorado State University in 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University, completing it in 2015. Jessica also obtained various certifications, including Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2015 and Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise in 2011.
