Liliana Campos

Liliana Campos has extensive experience in human resources and psychological services, currently working at Ricardo & Barbosa as a Specialist in Learning and Development since May 2012. In this role, responsibilities include managing professional training, recruitment and selection, onboarding, and overseeing health and safety protocols. Additionally, Liliana is a Permanent Member of the Portuguese Psychologists Order. Previous positions include roles as a psychologist in various organizations, such as SNS24 and Clínica do Outeiro, where involvement included community intervention projects and clinical psychology for diverse populations. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Porto, alongside postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management and Forensic Psychological Assessment.
