Wafa Sakr

Wafa Sakr is a seasoned professional in indoor air quality, currently serving as the Principal Engineer and Founder of SQAI Sakr for indoor air quality Inc. since 2010. Wafa has also been an Engineer with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and an Engineer member of ASHRAE since 2000. From 2011 to 2013, Wafa managed projects for the City of Montreal, and previously held an engineering position focused on air quality and industrial hygiene at Dessau Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Indoor Air Quality from Concordia University and DTU, as well as prior studies yielding Master's and specialized diplomas in Environmental Engineering. Wafa's research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Cornell University and a guest researcher position at the Danish Building Research Institute.
