Nicola Caione

Nicola Caione is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and information technology. Currently serving as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at Banca d'Italia - Eurosistema since July 2015, Nicola focuses on accessibility and the application of artificial intelligence to D&I initiatives. Key projects include contributions to web applications accessibility and the development of a comprehensive data science training program. Nicola also chairs the Smart Working Committee at Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma, promoting agile work practices.
