Nikita Richard

Nikita Richard has worked in various roles in the tech space since 2012. Nikita began their career as a Marketing Operations and SEO Operations for Cloud [8] Sixteen, Inc. in 2012. In 2013, they became a Project Manager for OpenText, where they worked with Information Management. In 2016, they moved to innRoad as an Implementation Advisor. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at CipherHealth as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Product Manager for Ordergroove and Spruce. At Spruce, they are responsible for improving efficiency, leveraging tech, and providing better customer experiences.

Nikita Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from The University of Texas at Austin in 2013. In 2021, they completed the Product Management Fundamentals course with Lenny Rachitsky. Nikita is currently enrolled in the Managing Your PM Career course with Shreyas Doshi. In January 2022, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
