Youting Chen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Co-Founder and Business Development professional at Cherri, where they played a key role in developing the business model for TapPay, a FinTech startup. They also led business development efforts, including exhibitions, media reports, and fundraising, to grow sales.
Youting then worked as a Brand Management Intern at Johnson & Johnson, where they led a tampon repackaging project by coordinating with regional headquarters and cross-functional teams.
Afterwards, they joined the Ministry of Education, ROC (Taiwan) as an Administrative Cadre, serving as a substitute for military service.
Youting then joined HSBC as a Sales Manager as part of the Global Graduate Programme. Over the course of two years, they completed four placements in areas such as product management, business development, and strategy operations. They developed effective relationships with high-net-worth clients and implemented leadership initiatives to motivate sales.
Following their time at HSBC, Youting worked at Binance as a Senior Specialist in Strategy & Growth Operations. They led initiatives to increase spot/margin volume market share and active user growth through data-driven coordination with different teams. They also developed a new user acquisition platform with marketing and product teams.
Currently, Youting is working at Orderly Network as the Vice President, Exchange Operations Lead. Their responsibilities include accelerating digital assets liquidity across exchanges, managing reporting of exchange key metrics and growth analysis to senior management, and coordinating with internal partners for new product implementation, listing, and client onboarding.
Throughout their various roles, Youting has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business development expertise, and the ability to drive growth and achieve results.
Youting Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chinese Literature from National Chengchi University in 2015. Later, in the same year, Youting participated in an exchange program at Peking University, specifically at the Guanghua School of Management. This program lasted for one year. Youting then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Technology Innovation Management from the Graduate Institute of Technology, Innovation and Intellectual Property Management from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Youting holds additional certifications, including being a Lifetime Member of the Beta Gamma Sigma institution since December 2016, and obtaining the TOEIC Golden Certification from The TOEIC® Program in 2012.
