Joseph Prestinenzi has held a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2010. Joseph began their career as Executive Chef at Club Italia Sporting and Entertainment in 2010. Joseph then moved to Rubicon Restaurant as Head Chef in 2011. In 2012, they held two roles simultaneously, Sales Manager at Presto's Fine Cuisine and Business Development Manager at Cucina Del Nonno. Joseph was then Manager at Green Olive Tree Deli & Cafe from 2009 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were Restaurant Manager at Sam's Cafe & Restaurant. Since 2016, they have been with Ordermentum Pty Ltd, holding the roles of Account Manager, Regional Manager, National Customer Success Manager, and Head of Customer Success.
Joseph Prestinenzi received a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery from Melbourne Polytechnic between 2003 and 2006.
