Jim Patterson has over 18 years of experience in sales and service management. Jim began their career in 2003 as an Account Executive for Verizon, where they managed revenue accounts billing up to $1500 a month and was responsible for meeting budget for current canvass while minimizing revenue loss. In 2005, they became an Account Executive for Ad Pages DIRECT, where they managed and designed the Hurst/Euless/Bedford magazine, handled all aspects of advertising with customers from local to national accounts, and managed revenue of existing and new customers in the Dallas & North East Tarrant County. In 2008, they became the Director of Sales for Hawaiian Falls Waterparks, where they were instrumental in the development of a multimillion dollar client base of corporate organizations as well as non-profit organizations including churches and schools. Jim then became the General Manager for Hawaiian Falls Water Parks & Adventure Parks in 2012, where they defined, developed, and controlled operating and financial budgets exceeding $3,000,000 and strategically planned with Department Managers to develop short and long-term plans and programs with supporting budget requests and financial estimates for each department. In 2016, they became the Sales and Project Manager for both PCS Construction Services and Lifetime Roofing of America. At PCS, they managed the Dallas/Ft. Worth Territory and assisted in managing the San Antonio office. At Lifetime Roofing, they sold residential and commercial roofing repair and installation in the DFW area through cold-calling, setting appointments, social media, door-to-door, and referrals. In 2017, they became the Service Advisor for National Indoor RV Centers, where they provided service for sales and storage customers as well as new business from mid and southern US, and managed all aspects of service from initial contact, write-up, updates, and approval during the service process. Finally, in 2018, they became the Service Manager for Plano Marine, where they improved the company's image and brand reputation in the boating world. Currently, they are the Senior Sales Executive for OMG, where they are responsible for an on-line store platform offering a sleek, retail-like experience for all customers.
