Serge Colin

Serge Colin is an experienced professional in architecture and urban planning, currently serving as Vice President of the Ordre francophone et germanophone des Architectes for the Brussels-Brabant Wallon region since January 2024. As a Founding Partner and CEO of SKOPE, Serge leads a dynamic team focused on urban complexity, sustainability, and development. With a long-standing tenure at D+A International since 1998, Serge holds the position of Administrateur-délégué, overseeing various projects and technological developments. Previous roles include Treasurer at FOR URBAN PASSION and the Chambre des Urbanistes de Belgique, as well as teaching architecture at UCL. Serge Colin’s educational background includes a degree with distinction in Urbanism from the Institut supérieur d'Architecture 'Saint-Luc' de Bruxelles.
