Melissa Paquette, CRHA, serves as a Conseillère, qualité de la pratique at Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since December 2022, focusing on skill development projects. Additionally, Melissa holds administrative roles at Caisse Desjardins Hull-Aylmer and Interligne, where contributions are made towards diversity and well-being.
