Shelly Ridder

Shelly Ridder is currently the Workforce & Engagement Manager at Oregon Bioscience. Shelly has previously held positions as a Board Member and Community Engagement Coordinator with ACMP PNW Chapter, a Change Management Consultant with Synergy Professional Services, and an Advanced Instructor with ELS Educational Services, Inc.

Shelly has also worked as a Project Management Program Manager/Conference Organizer with Portland State University and as a Coordinator/Instructor with Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to that, they were an Instructor/Teacher Trainer/Conference Presenter with Kwansei Gakuin University in Japan.

Shelly has a wealth of experience in workforce development and engagement, change management, project management, and teaching English as a Second Language. Shelly is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is committed to making a difference in their community.
