Jess Carlton

Jess Carlton is currently a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine student and herbal medicinary employee at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine since September 2015. Simultaneously, Jess has been a service advisor and business captain at Microsoft since May 2010, responsible for maintaining business partnerships and repairing customer relationships related to hardware and software solutions. Jess has also held roles at Microsoft as assistant store manager, store teacher, and product advisor, contributing to successful product launches and enhancing team knowledge on products and services. Jess holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Theatre Arts and Costume Design from Rollins College, completed in 2004.
